Before You Begin Your Adventure

Are Our Products Pet Friendly

Your pets' safety is just as important to us as creating magical scents for your home. Full transparency is always our priority - and just like people, every pet can react differently to fragrances and ingredients. While many customers happily use our products around their pets, we always recommend extra caution and advise that our products are not used around birds due to their sensitive respiratory systems.

This is also why CLP labelling and compliance is so important to us. Every product is correctly labelled with important safety information that can be shown to doctors, vets, or medical professional if a person or pet every become unwell. You can also find our CLP information at the top of our website for easy access.

Shipping Information

Every Glow Barn parcel is sent with tracked 48hr delivery via Royal Mail so you can follow your little box of magic on its journey home. We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days, although during busy periods and bank holidays, dispatch times may take a little longer. We always do our best to get your magical mail packed up and on its way as quickly as possible.
